1) How do I get started to acquire your service? Just give us a call or drop us an email. We shall arrange an appointment or communicate by emails to understand your requirements. Then we will design a proposal that best fit your needs and budget. You can review the proposal and make the final decision. 2) What are the advantages of purchasing a web design from Etanaru Design? The major advantage is you get a custom and unique design with affordable price. We do not re-sell the design after some add-ons or modification. We give brand new design for every single customer. We understand our customers' needs, we do not sell "web design" service, however we are selling a "solution" which benefit to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority therefore we also provide high quality before & after-sales consultation and support. 3) What makes you say your design is high quality and unique? Take a look at our design page where you can find some of the design that we have done. A picture speaks a thousand words. 4) How do you keep your products and services in low price? We do not want to give unrealistic prices to our valued customers therefore we try to keep our operation cost and overhead as low as possible such as hiring freelance designer paid on project basis, we do not maintain design studio and etc. 5) What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase? Non-unique or Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later. Unique or exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this product or design. 6) If I buy a product at the exclusive price does this allow me to modify and resell the product? You are not permitted to resell our products. However you can make any modification for unlimited times on web design purchased. You are not permitted to resell and modify graphics designed and purchased from Etanaru Design such as flyers, e-cards and graphics. However you may distribute these products. 7) Is there any warranty for the web design or solution purchased? Yes. There is a 30 days warranty period for every web design or package purchased. If you feel that there is something not right on the contents or pictures, or you have any new idea for your contents, we will do the changes without charges within 30 days warranty period.
