1) License & Ownership
You maybe granted a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing our web page design and graphic design. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to you only. You are not permitted to redistribute or resell our products. However you may distribute products such as flyers, e-cards or graphics purchased from Etanaru Design.
2) Modification
You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. Etanaru Design provide free update and modification within the original requirements agreed during supporting period.
3) Refund Policy
Since Etanaru Design is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product or service is delivered.
4) Installation
We do include installation and implementation of our products. Installation is a non-chargeable service which is included in any purchase of our products.
5) Information Disclosure
You may not disclose any order or purchase information including, but not limited to purchase date, etc
Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
